Marr to Give Plenary Talk on Engineered Nanomaterials at AAAR
October 13, 2015
CEINT faculty member Linsey Marr, Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Virginia Tech, is giving a plenary talk on engineered nanomaterials at the American Association for Aerosol Research conference on 14 October 2015 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The session is entitled, “Application of Aerosol Science to Engineered Nanomaterials,” and will address how aerosol science informs assessment of the environmental impacts of nanomaterials and how nanotechnology can inform aerosol science. The American Association Aerosol Research conference attracts ~800 attendees and features the latest advances across the full spectrum of aerosol research, including aerosol chemistry and physics, outdoor and indoor aerosols, clouds and climate, combustion, nanoparticles and materials synthesis, control technology, and health-related aerosols.
