Working with the CEINT research team encouraged me to develop further as an independent researcher. The people I worked with were extremely knowledgeable in multiple disciplines, and were supportive professionally and personally. Through the CEINT experience, I was able to learn first-hand what it was like to design an experiment from the bottom-up, starting with researching literature and constantly revising procedures and reevaluating assumptions.

Career Impacts

My future plans include continuing to search for rewarding work, just like the research I did at Duke. The technical and interpersonal skills that I have strengthened at CEINT will aid me in my search for a fulfilling career.
